Help, I have No Idea !

Hi, Hope I'm in the right area, If not please point me somewhere. I have Purchased 2 SHEHDS Moving Head Mini Ligts and a LIXADA USB-DMX512 Usb to DMX adapter.

I think I have selected the correct light from DMX Control 3.2.3, but I cant add the Lixada USB as there is no Lixada in the menu. The Only Thing I see in Add DMX Interface is Anyma that has Udmx there, which is what mu dmx adapter shows up as in device manager on the pc.

If I connect to that, one light moves a bit and sort of stobes every few seconds white, the second light does nothing,

I have had these things sitting here on my computer shelf for 6 months now and the only thing i can make them do is switch them to auto 1 or 2, obviously not why i bought them.

I just have no idea, but it can't be that hard once it is set up correctly i guess.

Yeah, well, No, Idea, they don't work, I can't get anything to happen and no one gives a toss. So, I'm selling it all.
