Suddenly all windows are packed tougether in the left top corner of the screen ???
I tried restore windows layout etc.
I can not get to a normal screen. The only thing to do is delete everything and create a new layout

There is unfortunately something wrong at the window framework, which is very difficult to fix. This behaviour is nothing which comes regularly after a defined action.
The only way to solve is to say to reset the layout and restart the GUI and don’t load the last layout:

to actually correct some minor parts of Stefans answer: It is actually impossible for us to fix thos issue with the current window framework (Windows Forms). It is a bug in a library we use. However, the issue is not the window framework. It is actually the docking framework which causes this issue (this framework adds the ability to dock and undock the different windows of DMXControl 3. The only way to fix this ist to use another docking framework. This will be the case after we exchanged the window framework (we will move to WPF). Then we will use another docking framework. However, we will at least need a year or two to prepare all other stuff to make this change. So unfortunately this issue will be persistent until then
However, the workaround of Stefan should temporarrely fix this issue.
