I have 4 midi encoders. I use the encoders to change parameter settings for several devices.
To use the same encoders for different devices i use separate banks.
The banks are (de)activated by a button.

This works all fine. Except that the current values of the encoders are replaced by the original values when activating a bank.

I would like to read the current values of the parameters in that bank. They are displayed in softdesk. After reading the values the values of encoders should be updated with the recalled values.
Then activating the bank to make changes to the parameters.

Is that possible?

Do you program this in input assignment?

How to send a 0 to the monitor and then sending the ID's, do you use a timer or something?

How to setup that this is only performed at startup?

I solved this problem to everytime rename the projects to default project but to load a project make life a lot easier

Suddenly all windows are packed tougether in the left top corner of the screen ???

I tried restore windows layout etc.

I can not get to a normal screen. The only thing to do is delete everything and create a new layout

It is in Softdesk.

When you load a project and go to the softdesk the cuellists show up empty.

The only way i found to overcome this is to copy the saved zip file en rename it to defaultproject.zip

With the 3.3 RC version the issue is the same. But the files are kept in project administration. A workaround to create a default project is then maybe not possible anymore.

In softdesk i have a position area to move the Moving head manualy,

It seems like the positions are limeted. I can't get the moving head completely up.

Is there a setting where the moving in softdesk is limited?

When the project is imported into V3.3 cuslists are also not filled.

As with DMXcontrol 3.2 when loading a project cuelists show up empty.

In 3.2 a workaround is to make the project the default project.

In v 3.3 the same issue exits. Is there a workaround to make something like a default project in 3.3? So that the cuelists show up filled.

Thank you for your answer and the good job with DMX control.

When playing around with the softdesk there is sometimes a lightning setting that is so nice i would like to save it.

So, the effects and lights setting that are currently playing (current output) store in a cue or scene.

I succeeded in deletion of the fixture. Thank you.

By deleting all the presets i was able to remove the fixture smoke and saving without any errors.

I have seen the window when deleting. Also defined what to do with it. (delete all references)
By the way it is the fixture SMOKE i try to delete

After i have tried to delete the fixture smoke and save the project there is an error ; error saving the project.

Earlier in the project i deleted the fixture laser. That was succeeded. But when i first try to delete fixture smoke then it is not possible to delete any other fixture.

As long as i don't touch the fixture smoke everything works fine.

Hello,

Fixtures that are not used i want to remove from the project. Removing a fixture is not working and in some case the program is not responding.

Is there another way to delete fixtures from the project other than right mouse click and delete fixture/device?

In softdesk i created several cuelist monitors.

When loading a project the cuelists in softdesk are all empty.

The only way the culists are filled is to make the project the default project.

When loading a project all cuelist appears empty in softdesk
