hi, I'm a new french user so sorry for my english !
the keyboard shortcuts don't works. I try with XP or 7 it's the same. I try to start under administrator... I try to disable UCA... Nothings works...
any ideas ?

Hi and wellcome to this forum,
in order to enable the keyboard-input, you have to open the "keyboard control"-panel (Window=>keyboard control). In this window, check the "Keyboard hook active"-setting. The keyboard control window have to stay opened as long as you need the keyboard-input.
