Damit hast du zumindest einen ausreichend großen Zeitbereich.

Wenn du Effekte wirklich zu einer exakten Uhrzeit starten möchtest, schau dir doch mal den Zeitplaner an. Zu finden unter Fenster > Zeitplaner (experimentell), sofern der Haken bei Konfiguration > Experimentelle Programmteile anzeigen gesetzt ist.
