theese are the official minimum requirements:
I made bad experieces with windows 10 so i would probably recommend windows 11, but if you dont care about windows loading for multiple minutes then you can also use windows 10.

As for the CPU, I've also used laptops with 5th and 7th generation Core i7 processors. Despite the rather complex project, I had no issues.
