Problem mit FX5 Interface:

On September 29, 2026, we held our release show for DMXControl 3.3.3. During our usual “hour-long” session, we showed you all the new features in this version and what it now has to offer.

    Moin, ich versuche mal mein Problem so ausführlich wie möglich zu beschreiben:

    Ich besitze ein FX5 Interface und steuere es per DMX Control 2. Außerdem besitze ich zwei verschiedene Arten an Moving Heads aus China, zwei Spots und zwei Wash Lights.

    Diese funktionierten tadellos, bis plötzlich bei einer Party ich die Wash Lights nicht mehr ansteuern konnte, egal was ich gemacht habe. Kanäle geändert, ohne Programm angesteuert, nichts hat mehr bei den Wash Lights funktioniert. Die Spots funktionierten jedoch weiter. Als ich dann aber zuhause die Wash und Spot Lights per analogen DMX Pult angesteuert habe, haben beide wieder funktioniert.

    Dann habe ich gedacht, es würde am Programm liegen. Also habe ich DMX Control 3 ausprobiert, jedoch auch ohne Erfolg.

    Ich bin komplett ratlos, da es laut meinen logischen Zügen so weder am Programm, Interface, Kabel oder Moving Head liegt.

    Ich bitte also um dringende Hilfe =O
