Unfortunately, the 3-pin version of the Nodle R4S is currently unavailable. We have received several inquiries and take this opportunity to take a look behind the stage.

In recent days and weeks, we have noticed a general increase in interest in our content. We are very pleased about this. In addition to our forum and YouTube videos, we have also seen increased demand in our shop. However, this increased demand has now led to individual items such as the Nodle R4S in the 3-pin version being temporarily unavailable. As a result, we have received inquiries in recent days about when the interface will be available again. We would like to take these inquiries as an opportunity to shed a little more light on the background.

First of all, the question arises as to why the Nodle R4S is occasionally unavailable. The main reason for this is the limited number of interfaces we can keep in stock. Storage space is not a decisive factor here. It is more a question of finances, because as a non-profit organization, our budget is limited and a larger quantity of interfaces also means a considerable investment. Therefore, we carefully consider how much the organization can afford financially when placing each order with our supplier.

In general, it can also be said that the Nodle R4S is a “manufactured product” and not a “mass-produced product.” This means that it is not manufactured continuously or on special production lines. It is only manufactured by our supplier when we order a new batch. This order must then be incorporated into our supplier's production process, i.e., the necessary capacity must be planned, components must be ordered, etc. In some cases, this can take a few weeks. The actual manufacturing process can also take a few days, as some steps are carried out manually. However, shipping is then quite fast, as the interfaces are manufactured here in Germany.

We hope you now have a better understanding of why there are sometimes delays with the interface. We are very pleased that demand for the Nodle R4S remains strong, because with every interface you purchase, you are helping us to continue providing all our services (forum, websites, etc.).
