    Hi to all!

    i use the dmx control in production mode in an italian disco. :thumbup:

    now, after 3 years, i need to change the computer but i've a little problem:
    i've installed the same (last) version in new pc then copied the project folder and all the program folder to the new pc.
    all is fine but the midi assignment is missing. :S
    at the start of my dmxcontrol adventure i've made the same and all has worked fine...

    i've made some other tests :argh: :argh: :argh: : all work fine until version 2.10.. from 2.11 midi is missing!
    i think that MIDIRemote.dat in the last versions is not used...

    were is the midi settings :?::?:

    At first i think you have to restart DMXControl after you copied the file into the right folder.

    The problem i think is that the folder where the MIDIRemote.dat is stored changed in DMXControl 2.11

    But at the moment i don't know the correct folder.

    I'm going to be backing up as many files as I can
    What other Directors should I Copy & save???

    Besides the Dmx control directory (All)
    1) Going to also do Some Pack & Go
    2) %appdata%\PopSoft\DMXControl\MIDIRemote.dat (I will check for this File and Directory)
    any other Directory's I need to Copy?

    Any other updates I also Need? or Updates
    My List so far
    1-Winamp
    2-Winamp VB
    3-Drivers for my USB enttee
    4-Plugins - add Beat Detector into this directory
    any more?

    ANYBODY Please check,,,, is this Correct?
    Some files were found in more than one Directory?
    The 5 Files were from the Pack and Go under Settings (5-Files)

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Dmxcotrol
    DMXControl.cfg

    C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\PopSoft\Dmxcontrol (XX=Your User name)
    DMXInRemote.dat
    MIDIRemote,dat
    DMXC_User_Settings.ini

    C:\Users\All Users\PopSoft\Dmxcontrol ??
    DMXC_Machine_Settings.ini

    C:\ProgramData\PopSoft\DMXControl ??
    DMXC_Machine_Settings.ini
