Ist es möglich, DMX Control auf einem USB Speicherstick so zu installieren, dass es auf anderen Rechnern vom Stick aus laufen kann? Ich fände diese Möglichkeit sehr interessant. Wenn ja, wie? Wenn nein, wäre es vielleicht eine Option, dies zu ermöglichen.

ich habs noch nicht versucht (sehe für mich auch keinen Sinn darin; ich hab immer mein Netbook dabei
), aber was mir von früher einfällt is ne USB-Stick-Systemumgebungsemulierung (oder so ähnlich, nannte sich Mojo glaub ich..). Wobei sich mir auch die Frage stellt, ob DMXC von USB-Stick schnell genug läuft und wie es sich mit Interface-Treibern verhält.

der Emulator nennt sich MojoPac, das Programm ist Freeware und läuft auch relativ stabil, die Geschwindigkeit ist so, wie wenn du an nem normalen WinXP PC sitzt. Wie sich das allerdings mit ressourcenraubenden, komplexen Programmen verhält, weiß ich nicht. Kann leider auch keine Aussage machen, ob die Datenmenge im Durchsatz von USB 2.0 bzw 3.0 (letzteres hab ich noch gar nicht) für DMXC zufriedenstellend ist.
