eignet sich der einfache DMX-Tester, für den es eine Anleitung im Buch gibt, auch als Endwiederstand?
Also zwei LEDs mit Vorwiederstand antiparallel in einem XLR eingelötet.

Ja. Das ist so gedacht. Deshalb ist da ein 2. Widerstand parallel zur LED geschaltet, damit der Gesamtwiderstand wieder an die 120 Ohm ran kommt.
Alternativ zu 2 LEDs gibt es Farbwechsel LEDs, die bei Verpolung die Farbe wechseln (also 2 LEDs in 1 Gehäuse). Das ist evtl. einfacher zu verbauen.

Naja, wenn du keine 120 Ohm Widerstände hast, kannst du auch andere nehmen und entsprechend in Reihe / parallel schalten
