Soundlight USBDMX-One wird nicht erkannt

    Hey,


    Ich habe hier ein Soundlight USBDMX-One. Das Testprogramm vom Hersteller funktioniert wie erwartet, das Gerät ist also korrekt eingerichtet.

    Die Fehlermeldung in der Konsole ist:

    19:20:29 ERROR SoundlightUSBDMXInterface - Could not open USBDMX Interface. ID: Soundlight#USBDMX#0, Model:


    Ich habe schon recherchiert aber weder die Lösung hier:

    haben bei mir funktioniert. Auch das probieren von Version 3.2.0 / 3.2.0 SP1 oder das manuelle installieren des entsprechenden plugins hat nichts geholfen.


    Woran könnte es noch liegen oder gibt es einen Trick?
