Hi, I am facing issue, when ever I want to move beams at a specific position then I have to turn button ABS to REV on each beam PAN TILT and then save to cue,

Simple explain, if I have 10 moving heads. I position all beams at a single point and save it as a scene. However, when I trigger that scene and apply an effect, the fixtures move back to their original positions instead of using the saved position as the centre of the effect. Is there a way to make the effect start from the saved scene position?

Hi, i created a ddf for an 8 eye pixel light which have RGBW in each led and when i tried to patch it in DMXC3 3.3.1, it doesn't give me the output, i tired to check the issue but the matrix option is only giving out for RGB not RGBW.

last night i installed DMX C 3.3.2 and patched my lights but its not giving any output from artnet and not working with 3d visualiser as well. I reinstalled 3.3.1 and check its was working perfectly. plase need solution.

yes i tried only the comand C is working making circle but Command M and F not working.

i am using DMX C3 for a while, when i have to manage the alighment of fixtures in Stage View and i select fixtures and press Control M or F it does't works but pressing Control C it comes in Circular form. i try to use it on 2 differert compters but the same issue. Any solution?

when i use encoder and begin learn in midi input it says move clock wise and anti clock wise, i follow the process and it learns successful but not working in input assignment and the midi is brand new i check the data output of midi with other software, it works but not with DMXC3

hi, i am trying to use encoder with MIDI, when begin learn with midi input and assign it clock and anti close wise after that i go to (input assignment) and put that encoder there and rotate the encoder on physical MIDI it does not work infact it shows some kind of data in 0.01 or 0.02 but it does not work smooth however if i use it as a fader it works well from 0 to 1 level. need help on this thankyou

Hello qasi, can you tell me in detail as i cant find the latency in settings.

Ye i used the same trick as i didn't opened any of the timecode during the show and was only monitoring the cues of that timecode to make shure that it gets triggered by midi and it was working good but one of the timecode was not triggered so i have to use my midi controller to manually sync the lights.

Is there any chance that these bugs are going to resolve soon?

I am facing issue when i use Timecode. The pointer on the timecode always hangs visually but the cues and audio track works good.

Also on my last show i loaded 10 different tracks and used time code indivisually on them and triggered these cues with the LTC signal coming from another laptop on main stage running abeleton. When i switch timecodes one after one the DMXC3 crash on the 5th or the 6th timecode and then i have to reopen it again, i tried this thing and its doing the same always.

Also during the show if i use color wheel sometimes the DMXC3 gets hang for 2 to 3 minutes and it gets back automaticaly.

I used DMXC3 on my last show with compelet 2 universe utilised for lights.

1.There was some crash seen while editing, the timecode gets crashed when shifting from 1 timecode to another also timecode needle hangs as well when playing.

2. When i use color wheel during the show, the software gets hang or we have to restart.

Any solution please let me know!

Hi, i found a way to trigger Timecode with LTC signal coming from another pc.

A pc generating a LTC signal is used as input in the audio interface which is connected with DMXC3 pc, then we use reaper and loopmidi and asign reapr an out put and midi note to trigger the midi asigned in DMXC3. I can help if somebody wants help.

1i am facing an issue when i load a file in TIMECODE player it does not start playing even if i press play many times. Is there any solution for this?

2. if it starts playing Timecode player needle hangs on my intel based system however the player needle runs smooth in AMD based System.

hi, when i select OS2L plugin from plugin management from settings in DMXC3 and i open input assignment, there i do not see any OS2L option and when i get back to settings, plugin management the OS2L box get unchecked. please help me out
