  • Scene lists play scenes unpredictably. Sometimes each scene fires. Sometimes a scene waits until the next scene and briefly fires at the beginning of the new scene. Sometime the scene does not fire at all.

I have tried both normal and using Save All (to ensure all dmx params are set).

Using two ADJ AccuScans (both on channel 20) and four Chauvet Omega Color changers (all on channel 2).

    Any Ideas?

    THanks, Eric

  • Hm, strange problem...

Please try to disable the OpenDMX-Plugin (use DMXC without any plugin active) and observe the values of the affected channels in the "channel view"-window. Does the scene fade in correctly? If yes, what happens if you reenable the plugin? Is the output of the channel view still correct, but the DMX-Devices react strange?

    Hi Stefan,

Actually, even with the OpenDMX unit connected, the channel overview window always shows the correct values for the scene that should be playing. It must be somewhere either in the output logic or the OpenDmx driver that the problem occurs.

I've confirmed similar behavior in the command window and the midi remote window. The correct values are displayed in the Channel Overview window, but they do not reach the DMX units consistently.

    Eric
