I need a 2-UniverseTransmitters? What are my options? & which ones will work?

I currently need to add another Universe from 1 to 2 What is the Best way to do it? & which Transmitter will work for 2 Universe?
1) Can I use 2- Usb Transmitters? (I'm Thinking NO - (Updated-to a YES it will work)
2) Or Buy one Transmitter w 2-Universe outputs? (Updated- to a NO) USB Or
Ethernet (Updated to a Yes?)
Which ones will work w Dmxcontrol V2?

Note
I currently Have 1- Enttec-Open Dmx Usb Transmitter
with a Laptop Computer

I keep looking at this chart & I don't see any 2-Universe supported w Usb or Ethernet? is the Chart up to date or I'm I looking at it wrong?

I know DMX V2 can only use 2 Universe,
if using 2 Universe outputs Can I somehow use the Dmx inputs (Another MIDI Mini Controller,,,,,, are their Input limits or shared address?

Buying from E-bay with the RJ45 Ethernet ( Updated - Only ArtNet is supported) option
I found 3 cheaper units selling on E-bay (one is Wi-Fi which I don't want at this time)
I thinking both will work?
