Hello all, I like to do my DMXC show programming on my big home computer, what is the best way of transferring this to my laptop ? do I just transfer the saved file ?

you have to save the project on your big home computer with the
pack and go function in the file menu.On your Laptop you can decompress the zip file, now you have
to move the files in the directories on your Laptop.the files "DMXInRemote.dat" and "MIDIRemote.dat" you have
to store inVista/Windows7: "%APPDATA%\PopSoft\DMXControl"
(z.B. "C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\PopSoft\DMXControl\")WindowsXP: Im DMXControl-Programmordner
(z.B. "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\[Username]\Anwendungsdaten\PopSoft\DMXControl\")We are just working on the english wiki manual, I think this will be

just put the contens of the DDF-Folder in your "Root:\Programms\DMXControl\Devices"
folder, if the ddfs are not already in the Device-Folder.
Put the contens of the Project-Folder in your DMXControl Project-Folder in the folder
"my documents".
Put the contens of the third folder, in the "APPData\Popsoft\DMXControl" folder.These pathes are for XP if you have Vista, Win7 or Win8 just goggle the alternative
folders of these OS-Systems.Regards
