I'm using version 2.9 build 2 and the output plugin reports 'No Interface'. The interface itself is working fine. Am I missing something?
Any help is appreciated.

hello,
sorry for late answer ..., but currently we have no idea for solution.
What do you mean with "The interface itself is working fine."?
Does the virtual com port driver work properly?
What is your operating systen (XP or Vista)?

Hi,
I have recently made the USBDMX.com interface, and I have the same probleme.
At the start the dmx in is operational, but dmx out is disable.
In output plugins windows, when I select usbdmx.com and click configuration, at the place of version message, I have a text who says "No interface found".
I think that the usbdmx.com driver send too quicly too much command at start and in the configuration window.
I have used a rs232 spy to view command readed/writed on the virtual port com. I can see that at the starting of dmx control, any command are sent before receiving a response of previous command.
For example, dmx control send 0x26 0x22 0x44 0x64 in a few millisecond... and after a moment, the interface reply 0xA6 (response to 0x26 command), after a moment, the interface reply 0xA2 (response of 0x22 command) and after a moment, the interface reply 0xE4 0xF6 (response to 0x64 command)... the 0x44 command seems to be droped.
I think that the best method is to send 0x26 0x22 (reset procedure) and wait the 0xA6 0xA2 interface response before sending 0x44 and 0x64.
When the configuration window is opend, I can see the same on rs232 spy : any command are send before waiting the interface response, and when the interface write a response, it's not corresponding to the previous sended command.
Also in this case, it's probalby better to send command and waiting response before sending a new command.
