DMXC 2 und Eurolite USB DMX512 laufen nicht

    Hallo, bin absoluter Newbie. Habe Win10, DMXC2 und Eurolite USB DMX512. Habe einen Eurolite ERX4 verknüpft. Keine Ansteuerung möglich. Wenn ich das Interface deaktiviere und dann wieder aktiviere gehen alle Kanäle/Ausgänge am ERX4 kurz an und wieder aus. Brauche dringend Hilfe.
