So, is it right that DMX Control 2 can't manage more than two output universes and it isn't possible to change that?

Yes. It is right. DMXControl 2 can manages only 2 Universes (1024 channels). If you need more, you should take a look at DMXControl 3. There are currently 8 output universes available.

DMXControl 3 can control even more DMX-Channels than Stefan said
DMXControl 3 has the ability to manage 16 DMX-Universes (8192 Channels).
