There are always weeks when our activities are not necessarily visible to the outside world. Nevertheless, it has by no means been quiet here. Each of our teams has been working on their very own "construction sites" recently.
In the area of documentation, various articles have been created from scratch on our wiki, while others have been extensively revised. The most prominent of these is perhaps our Wiki article on the supported DMX interfaces. Otherwise, the marketing team continued to work on the videos of the shows from our annual meeting. One last point worth mentioning from the marketing team is of course the lottery for our Nodle R4S. After the application deadline was a good month ago, preparations for the lottery are now underway.
The development team has also been busy. As announced with the publication of the third release candidate of DMXControl 3.3.0, we really wanted to solve the problem of the Enttec interfaces not wanting to work. We can indeed report positive results here: with the upcoming RC4 for DMXControl 3.3.0, all owners of a corresponding interface can now look forward to being able to use their interfaces directly with DMXControl 3.3.0 again. Our internal tests looked very promising - our Enttec interface delivered DMX data again after the correction. However, you will have to be patient a little longer until the RC4 is released. From the feedback and discussions in the forum, we became aware of a few other things that we would like to fix with the next release candidate in order to further stabilize the version overall. However, as usual, we will inform you about the details in a detailed news item.
All in all, however, we still have a few topics that we would like to present to you in due course. So, stay curious.
Your DMXControl-Team
