We all have arrived well at midday today at HOCs house. At first, we made our beds for tonight. Then we moved to the actual convention location a few minutes away. The PCs and the notebooks are running, light equipment is installed and we had a good traditional bavarian dinner: Leberkas with Semmeln (Leberkäse in a sort of bread). We already had the initial presentation of Arne with a retrospect of the DMXControl 3 development. Now we are in our marketing analysis and to assign the different tasks.
