Developer News - 19_CW12 - It's done: the beta test of DMXControl 3.2 is started

It's finally done: DMXControl 3.2 has left alpha status and started beta testing last week. This means that a major milestone has been reached for a release, but at the same time it also means that it's time to get back to what you've left behind. Until now, the tests have only been carried out internally by a small group of developers and a few other club members. Now with the start of the beta test even more people come into contact with the new version, who work with the software in the course of the numerous tests in a different way than the development team itself.

Before the question arises whether a release of DMXControl 3.2 is to be expected soon: effectively seen no. The whole beta test will now last for a period of several months, because the changes and especially the new features are much more extensive than for example his time at the beta test of DMXControl 3.1.0. You know that the main features are the completely revised Input Assignment and a completely new Softdesk. But as you can see in our live-streams on Youtube, the list of big new features doesn't end here. The list has just begun. They also include, for example, the German user interface, electricity management and the dark theme. Therefore, all features must be checked as intensively as possible, so that you can continue to rely on DMXControl 3 (.2), especially during the live show. That is the reason why we ask for your patience at this point - you will certainly get some more updates from the current beta test.
